The Process
With a long history as the service and warranty agents for both Chromagen and Bonaire, we have extensive experience in diagnosing and fixing errors that occur in solar, hot water, heaters and evaporative coolers. We carry all the common parts for these units, and as such save customers money by being able to repair units on the first visit without having to wait for sourcing parts.
- Step 1: We attend site and diagnose the issue with the unit, and assess the best repair.
- Step 2: We relay those findings to the manufacturer, enabling the repair work and parts to be covered under warranty if eligible.
- Step 3: We repair your unit so you have working hot water and heating again.
